• How to apply Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select?

  Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select is applied on the prepared surface as self priming + 3 coats system. Self priming coat is applied with 50% water dilition, adequate time for drying is given. 1st coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select at the rate of 2 sq. mt. per litre is applied. A glass fiber mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm needs to be sandwiched between the first and second coats. Then, 2nd coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select is applied in a perpendicular direction to the first coat. Lastly, 3rd coat is applied to get a finished look. For more details on application, refer to TDS.

  Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select is used over existing roof surfaces such as cementitious screeds, brick bat coba, and china mosaic tiled roofs as a terrace waterproof coating system. For more details, refer to TDS.

  Self Primercoat + 3 Undiluted Coats
  Self Primercoat (2:1 dilution) : 8–10 sqm / per litre / coat
  Finishing coat (undiluted) : 1.4 - 1.5 litre / sqm / 3 coats
