Clean the surface thoroughly using wire brush to remove all loose material, dust etc from the surface.Wash the surface to ensure that the cracks & minor voids are free of all loose particles and dust.Cracks up to 5 mm to be filled with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste and cracks more than 5 mm should be filled with PMM. Apply a self-priming coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Neo with water dilution upto 10%. Dry for 3-4 hours. Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Neo without dilution with a combined coverage of approx. 3.7-4.1 sq mt per litre in 2 coats.
