• How to apply Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic?

  Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic can be applied on brickbat, cement screed & tiled roof. 
  -First surface must be cleaned with water and loose particles to be removed. 
  -All the cracks to be filled with Hybrid Sealant.
  -On the prepared surface, One Self priming coat with 50% dilution & two undiluted coats of Roofseal Classic to be applied with each coat being perpendicular to previous coat
  -Allow each coat to dry for 4 hours before application of next coat
  -Allow the final system to cure for 7 days.
  * For tiled roof, Application of Primer AC as priming coat is must.

  The recommended surface areas for the application of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic are Cement mortar screed, Brick-Bat Coba finish surface and China mosaic tile roofs.

• What is the coverage area for Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic?

  Self Primer coat + 2 Undiluted Coats
  Total Coverage : 1.0 – 1.1 Sq.mtr / litre to achieve DFT 450 – 500 microns*. 
  However, it is important to note that the coverage area varies depending on the surface’s texture and porosity.
