Apply a self-priming coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Neo with water dilution upto 10%. Dry for 3-4 hours. Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Neo without dilution with a combined coverage of approx. 3.7-4.1 sq mt per litre in 2 coats.
